Student/Post-Doc/Fellow/Trainee Attendance

In order to qualify for the Student/Post-Doc/Fellow/Trainee registration, you must upload a copy of your student ID or supporting documentation confirming your post-doctoral status, fellowship or traineeship. 

Supporting documentation can include:

  • Copy of your Student ID 
  • A letter from your university/organisation confirming your status, fellowship or traineeship.

If your documentation is incorrect or not acceptable, standard professional registration fees will apply.

Expression of Interest - EMCR Bursary

If you are an EMCR and would like to express your interest in applying for a bursary to cover some of the costs of attending ICLAF 2026, please ticket the box below.

For the purposes of ICLAF, an EMCR is defined as a researcher who received their last research degree within the last 7-10 years.
Note that preference will be given to PhD students and/or those currently undertaking a research degree.

It is tradition at ICLAF that all delegates, the most senior and junior, all come together on the Monday afternoon for social events designed to foster community and collaboration.

• If you cancel your registration within 14 days of purchase, your fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $100.00 AUD. Cancellations made after 14 days from purchase are non-refundable. • Cancellations must be notified in writing via email to the ICLAF Organising Committee at bonnie.laxton-blinkhorn@sydney.edu.au. • You may also transfer your registration to another person. You must advise of any registration transfers by 1 August 2026 without incurring any additional amendment fees. All transfers must be advised to Medical Meetings in writing via email to meetings@medicalmeetings.com.au. • If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, ICLAF 2026 is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
Payment

Early bird payments must be received by 5pm (AEST) on 1 March 2026.
Standard registration payments must be received by 5pm on 11 September 2026.

If payment has not been received by the above dates, conference attendance will not be permitted.

A 3.95% credit card surcharge fee will be applied to all credit card payments.
