Amendments & Cancellation Information
If you cancel your registration within 14 days of purchase, your fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $100.00 AUD. Cancellations made after 14 days from purchase are non-refundable.
You may also transfer your registration to another person. You must advise of any registration transfers by 1 August 2026 without incurring any additional amendment fees. All transfers must be advised to Medical Meetings in writing via email to meetings@medicalmeetings.com.au.
If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, ICLAF 2026 is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
